How do we start the free trial?

Press Request free trial and tell us about your squad. We set up your organization on Pro, usually within one working day, and email you an invitation to set your password. The 30 days start then, and you don’t need a card.

What happens when the trial ends?

Choose a plan from your account. Until you do, you can’t add athletes or coaches or use the AI tools, but nothing is deleted and your athletes can keep logging their training.

Who counts as an athlete?

Only active athletes. Suspended or deactivated athletes don’t take a place on your plan, so you can keep last season’s roster without paying for it.

What if we outgrow our plan?

Nothing is locked or archived. You can’t add more athletes or coaches until you move up, which you can do at any time from your account.

Can we pay yearly?

Yes. Paying yearly costs ten months’ price for twelve months.

Which currency do we pay in?

USD, EUR, CHF or SEK. We show the one for where you are, and you can pick another above. Once your first payment goes through, your account stays in that currency.

Do athletes pay anything?

No. The organization pays one price for its staff and athletes. If you train with a coach on RIVL, ask them to invite you.
